Fix Razorpay checkout issues — card declines, UPI failures, and retry guidance

Payment Failures

Card Declined

  • Verify card number, expiry, and CVV
  • Ensure sufficient balance/credit limit
  • Check if international transactions are enabled (for non-Indian cards)
  • Try a different card
  • UPI Payment Failed

  • Ensure your UPI app is updated
  • Check if daily UPI limit is reached
  • Try a different UPI ID or switch to card payment
  • Payment Timeout

  • Do not close the browser during checkout
  • If timed out, check your bank statement — if charged, the system will auto-reconcile within 30 minutes
  • If not reconciled, email support@hciintel.com with your transaction reference
  • Double Charged

    If you see duplicate charges: 1. Wait 24 hours — most duplicates are authorization holds that auto-reverse 2. If still showing after 24 hours, email support@hciintel.com with both transaction IDs
