Balance Looks Wrong

1. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) 2. Check Billing > Credit History for detailed transaction log 3. Review which reports consumed credits and when

Unexpected Deduction

Credits are only consumed when generating new reports. Check if:

  • A team member generated a report (visible in credit history)
  • A report refresh was triggered
  • Plan credits reset at the start of your billing cycle (unused ones do not carry over)
  • Credits Not Added After Purchase

    Add-on credits should appear immediately. If missing: 1. Check your email for Razorpay payment confirmation 2. Hard refresh the dashboard 3. Wait 5 minutes for system reconciliation 4. If still missing, email support@hciintel.com with the payment receipt

    Monthly Reset

    Plan credits reset on your billing date each month. The exact date is shown on your Billing page.
