Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

  • Within 30 days: Full refund, no questions asked. Email support@hciintel.com
  • After 30 days: Prorated refund for the remaining billing period
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund based on months remaining
  • Credit Pack Refunds

  • Unused credits: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Partially used: Refund for unused portion
  • Fully used: No refund available
  • Failed Report Credits

    If a report generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. No action needed.

    How to Request

    1. Email support@hciintel.com with your account email 2. Include the invoice number or transaction ID 3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

    Razorpay Processing

    Refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method.
