Report Stuck on "Processing"

Reports typically complete in 15-45 seconds. If stuck: 1. Wait 2 minutes — some companies require more data processing 2. Refresh the page 3. Check the Reports page — it may have completed 4. If still stuck after 5 minutes, the report likely failed

Report Failed

When a report fails, your credit is automatically refunded. Common causes:

Company has insufficient public data

Temporary data source unavailability

Try generating again after a few hours

Company Not Found

If your search returns no results:

Try the company domain (e.g., "tcs.com") instead of name

Try alternate names or parent company names

Email support@hciintel.com to request adding the company (24-48 hour turnaround)

Report Shows Old Data

Click Refresh Report to regenerate with the latest data (costs 1 credit). Existing report data reflects the date it was generated.
