Forgot Password

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page 2. Enter your registered email 3. Check inbox for reset link (also check spam) 4. Click link and set a new password

OAuth Login Not Working

  • Google: Try clearing cookies and cache, then retry in incognito
  • LinkedIn: Ensure you are logged into the correct LinkedIn account
  • If OAuth fails repeatedly, try email/password login instead
  • OTP Not Received

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP
  • If using a corporate email, check if your IT blocks automated emails
  • Account Locked

    After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again with the correct credentials.
