Fix locked accounts, role-related access problems, and organization switching

Account Access Issues

Account Locked

5 failed login attempts trigger a 15-minute lockout. Wait and try again with correct credentials. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password flow.

Cannot Access Certain Pages

Some pages are role-restricted:

  • Admin pages — Requires Org Admin or Super Admin role
  • API Keys/Webhooks — Requires Org Admin role
  • Audit Log — Requires Org Admin role
  • Team Management — Requires Org Admin role
  • Ask your organization admin to upgrade your role if needed.

    Session Expired

    Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity. You will be redirected to the login page. Log in again to continue where you left off.

    Multiple Organizations

    If you belong to multiple orgs, switch between them from the organization selector in the sidebar. Each org has its own credit pool and reports.

    Account Disabled

    If your account shows "disabled," contact your organization admin or support@hciintel.com.
