The 4 Steps
Step 1: Professional Profile (Mandatory) Enter your name, current role, company, years of experience, key achievements, and career goals. This forms the foundation of your DNA.
Step 2: CV Upload (Mandatory) Upload your CV/resume in PDF or DOCX format. HCI Intel's AI parses your education, work history, skills, and certifications automatically.
Step 3: Career Intelligence Questionnaire (Recommended) Answer ~15 questions about your ideal work environment, management style preferences, company size preference, industry interests, and career trajectory goals.
Step 4: Company Matching (Automatic) Once Steps 1-3 are complete, HCI Intel's matching engine automatically identifies the top 20 companies most aligned with your DNA profile, scored across culture fit, growth opportunity, compensation match, and role relevance.
