If HCIIQ cannot resolve your question, you can create a support ticket: 1. Go to Support in the sidebar 2. Click New Ticket 3. Select a category (Billing, Technical, Feature Request, Account, Data Quality) 4. Describe your issue 5. Our team responds within 24 hours (typically much faster)
