How Matching Works

The engine scores each company against your DNA across:

• Culture Fit — Your values vs company culture signals

Growth Opportunity — Your career goals vs company trajectory

Compensation Match — Your expectations vs company pay benchmarks

Role Relevance — Your skills vs company hiring needs

Location Alignment — Your preference vs company offices

Match Score

Each company gets a DNA Match Score (1-100). Higher scores mean stronger alignment across all dimensions.

Viewing Matches

Go to DNA > Matches in the sidebar to see your ranked list. Click any company to view the full intelligence report with your DNA overlay.

Refreshing Matches

Matches update automatically when:

You update your DNA profile

New company data becomes available

You complete additional questionnaire sections
