HCI Intel provides company intelligence reports based on publicly available data from government registrars and regulatory filings. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or career advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile updated.

4. Credits and Billing

HCI Intel operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating company intelligence reports. Unused credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use HCI Intel for automated scraping, unauthorized data collection, harassment, or any illegal purpose. API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

HCI Intel provides data “as-is” from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data. Use reports as one input in your decision-making process.
